Please note, we have no availability currently for any Rentals in 2024-25, and we are not aware of any other availability with other rental services / properties currently and therefore will be unable to provide any assistance with enquiries for 2024-25 via email or phone. We have not received any cancellations and unfortunately already have received hundreds of applications since very early this year for this term. We therefore do not have capacity for further applications for 2024-25.
We are receiving a high volume of calls and emails currently as we endeavour to assist our new check-ins, we would ask therefore not to enquire about 2024-25 on this form.
If you are a student looking for a rental in Sept 2024 we would recommend for you to contact your University / College / Institution’s student accommodation office for guidance. We hope you find a suitable alternative and wish you well in your studies.
If you are interested in applying for Summer (2025) / Academic Term 2025-26 (September) please only complete an application form for review (a separate / additional enquiry form is not required). We will only start to review applications for the next Academic Year in May 2025. Thank you.
